Biscuits in Reims are always pink. Apparently back in the days pink colorent
would be used to hide vanilla dots. Bizarre ?

WILD

These salmon eggs are from wild salmons and they taste like heaven on toasted bread with sour cream and herbs.

NOT WILD

This salmon is unfortunately not wild. It's practically impossible to find some in Paris. And when I do it's super expensive.
