Pulled pork my way.
This is something you would eat in Reims, with some champagne obviously.
Biscuits in Reims are always pink. Apparently back in the days pink colorent
would be used to hide vanilla dots. Bizarre ?
These salmon eggs are from wild salmons and they taste like heaven on toasted bread with sour cream and herbs.
This salmon is unfortunately not wild. It's practically impossible to find some in Paris. And when I do it's super expensive.
I was lucky to take these caviar boxes in pictures, they are so colourful.
And then I had a real lunch with my favorite shrimp dumplings and some salmon somewhere on rue Sainte Anne.
I tasted their super hip food with a gazpacho and a delicious power juice.
BROKEN ARM : 12 rue Perrée, 75003 Paris
My kind of snack/sweet in the afternoon :
orange salad with cinnamome + orange blossom water and hot mint tea
My double fried chicken waiting in the kitchen.
I like this butcher's board.
Second salad niçoise of the week end.
Second favorite snack in Nice: Pissaladière (onion tart, galette...)
My favorite snack in Nice : Socca (chickpea flour galette, cake ..)
A small visit at the market in the south.
First salad Nicoise of the week end, eaten on the beach.
Vitello tonnato waiting for a server in the kitchens of Monsieur Bleu, the new restaurant of the Palais de Tokyo in Paris.
I am collaboration with a few sandwiches on the menu of a new restaurant of the Palais de Tokyo !!
Come and taste my fish tacos there.
I can still guess each flavor.
I always like to have a meal with tiny dishes filled with little bits and pieces of vegetables and stuff.
Eggs, truffles, brioche croutons and juice
No vegetables go to the trash, they go to a vinegar solution.
