WILD
These salmon eggs are from wild salmons and they taste like heaven on toasted bread with sour cream and herbs.
NOT WILD
This salmon is unfortunately not wild. It's practically impossible to find some in Paris. And when I do it's super expensive.

Beautiful and fresh fennel resting before becoming a salad.
