Rome is paradise for me. Living there changed my life.
I had the chance to participate as an intern at The Rome Sustainable Food Project, started by Alice Waters, from Chez Panisse,
at the American Academy of Rome. It's directed by a great women and Chef, Mona Talbott. It's a place where you eat real food.
All the products come from organic local farms, and are chosen according to the seasons and quality.
I found passionate and great people there.
